3	You are right! Despite the fact that Otis Blackwell, a black man born in Brooklyn, died in Nashville, Tennessee, Elvis never met the man. They released Elvis version of Fever in 1960 after William Edward John A.K.A. Little Willie John (1956), Ray Peterson (1957), Peggy Lee (1958), and Frankie Avalon (1959).
